One thing to know before you start: every general contractor and property manager will ask you for a certificate of insurance before they let you on a job - ours and everyone else’s. It is how they protect themselves if something goes wrong on site. No certificate, no work, anywhere. So we ask for it up front.

Do you carry general liability insurance?

Required to get listed here, and required by every other GC and property manager you will ever bid to. They ask for the certificate before they hire, not after.

Free to join. We use your certificate to verify your coverage for the GCs we match you with. We may refer you to a licensed insurance agency we work with and may be paid a commission for that referral. We never sell your information.
